School Management

The School Management module was developed in order to contain all the elements necessary to effectively manage all aspects related to the academic life of students, from classes, the creation of schedules, evalution, payment of fees, among others.

  • Registration of all articles in each library.

  • Organization of articles by category.

  • Registration of information regarding the location of the articles.

  • Registration of the conservation status of the articles.

  • Registration of copies that a given article has.

  • Management of loans made to students and employees.

  • Management of book reservations for students and staff.

  • Returns management.

  • Control of the fees to be charged per copy, considering or not the subsidies allocated to students and employees.

  • Control of fines to be collected in case of non-compliance with the return deadlines.

  • Issuance of the loan slip.

  • Registration of authors that can be associated with articles.

The Reprography module was developed in order to contain all the elements necessary to effectively manage all aspects related to the administration of school reprographies.

  • Registration of services performed in the reprography, organized by types of services.

  • Registration of documents placed in the reprography, available for sale or printing.

  • Alert configuration.

  • Registration of orders placed by students and employees.

  • Registration in order history.

  • Viewing ready orders and pending orders.

  • Issuance of the order slip.

  • Configuration of subsidies assigned to students and employees.

Refectory

The Rectory module was developed in order to contain all the elements necessary to effectively manage the refectory that exist in educational institutions, namely in the sales register.

  • Organization of articles by categories, according to their characteristics.

  • Registration and control of stock values for different items, maximum, minimum and real stock.

  • Registration of the purchase and sale prices of the items, considering the use or not of the Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Configuration of “Menus” that contain several articles.

  • I record the movements of selling passwords and articles to students or employees.

  • Ticket  printing.

  • Consultation of the sales history made in the canteen to employees and students.

  • Configuration of the various canteens that can exist in the institution, independently.

Snack-Bar

The Snack-Bar management module was developed in order to contain all the elements necessary to effectively manage the bars that exist in educational institutions, namely in the sales register.
